Ozone Design has made a collection of socks called What on Earth? Part of this collection is The Endangered Cat Collection. Ozone will give part of its proceeds to Panthera, which is a leader in Wild Cat Conservation. (see link below) The Lion's name in Latin is Panthera Leo.  Males can weigh in over 550 lbs and are 2nd biggest beaten out by the Tiger. Lions use to have a large area to roam but now are only in Africa and Asia.  Lions are at the top of their food chain except from us. Again terrain is changing and conflicts with humans are why populations are dropping.

This Unique Sock begins with a Cozy Blend of 85% Cotton on a  Blue background. Think of a savanna/grassland  with a watering hole.  The sky is Blue and the Water is reflecting colors of the Blue Sky and the Yellows and Greens of Reeds and Green and Brown Trees in the background. Then standing before you is the Wild Male Lion his body reflection in the pool also. He is Dark Brown, Tan and Sand and outlined in Navy Blue. Majestic in his stance.
